In the 36th week of the Basketball EuroLeague, Anadolu Efes defeated the Serbian team Partizan 79-72 at home. Speaking at the post-match press conference, head coach Pablo Laso stated that the team played solid defense, shared the ball well, and found the right shots. Laso said, "It was important to achieve a victory against a strong team that had won its last 6 games." Additionally, Laso expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of national player Shane Larkin, who returned to the courts after 145 days, mentioning that they had discussed before the match and set a 15-minute time limit, but the player slightly exceeded this time.
