Beşiktaş announces agreement in principle for German goalkeeper Nübel's transfer
Beşiktaş announced that an agreement in principle has been reached with Alexander Nübel, and that the German goalkeeper will arrive in Istanbul this evening for a medical check-up.
Beşiktaş announced that an agreement in principle has been reached with the club and the player regarding the transfer of German goalkeeper Alexander Nübel.
In a statement, the black-and-white club stated that the 29-year-old goalkeeper will arrive in Istanbul this evening to complete his medical check-up and the transfer process. It added that the plane carrying Nübel will be at Atatürk Airport General Aviation Terminal at 19:45.
Nübel played 49 matches last season for Stuttgart, the German club where he was on loan. The goalkeeper, who was also part of the Germany squad that was eliminated in the round of 32 at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, previously played for Schalke 04 and France's Monaco.
