Comedian Cem Yılmaz hospitalized in Çanakkale after chest pain
Comedian Cem Yılmaz was hospitalized after falling ill at his home in Ayvacık, Çanakkale, on Saturday. Yılmaz, who complained of chest pain, was transferred to the coronary intensive care unit at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Hospital, where he underwent angiography.

Yılmaz experienced chest pain at his home in the village of Paşaköy and called the 112 Emergency Call Center. He was taken by ambulance to Ayvacık State Hospital by medical teams and then transferred to the coronary intensive care unit at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Hospital.
Professor Ercan Akşit performed angiography on Yılmaz at the hospital. Angiography is a diagnostic and examination method that allows blockages or narrowings in the heart’s blood vessels to be visualized.
