The Turkish Embassy in Moscow announced on October 6 that a technical problem had been resolved and that consular services were once again being provided.

In a notice on October 3, the embassy said consular services were temporarily unavailable because of a technical issue, that work to fix it was under way, and that it would announce when services resumed.

The embassy had asked citizens to follow its official website and social media accounts for updates. Citizens whose consular procedures were put on hold can now apply to the embassy again.
