In Gazipaşa Neighborhood, Gazipaşa Street of Mersin, a traffic dispute occurred between Enver Karaaslan (54), who was driving a gas cylinder pickup truck with the license plate 33 NIK 44, and a public transport minibus driver İ.L. After the argument, Karaaslan returned to his vehicle and had a heart attack about 50 meters later. When the pickup truck crashed into the median, bystanders noticed and helped. While health teams were notified, bystanders performed chest compressions and artificial respiration for about 10 minutes. Health teams arriving at the scene took Karaaslan, who was in critical condition, to the hospital by ambulance. However, despite all interventions, Karaaslan died.
