Foreign investors bought $11.5 million worth of stocks last week
According to Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) data, non-residents bought $11.5 million in stocks, $572 million in Government Domestic Debt Securities (DİBS), and $441.1 million in Private Sector Bonds (ÖST) last week. An increase was also recorded in the total portfolio sizes of foreign investors.
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) released its weekly securities statistics.
According to the data, non-residents purchased $11.5 million in stocks, $572 million in Government Domestic Debt Securities (DİBS), and $441.1 million in Private Sector Bonds (ÖST) last week.
Foreign investors' stock holdings rose from $41,387.8 million to $41,697.9 million in the week of July 3 compared to the previous week.
DİBS holdings increased from $15,614.7 million to $16,254.3 million, and ÖST holdings rose from $2,114.7 million to $2,547.2 million.
