HSK decree relocates 4,967 judges and prosecutors
A total of 4,967 judges and prosecutors in judicial and administrative courts were reassigned by the HSK decree. The decree also appointed chief prosecutors in 33 provinces and numerous heavy penal, appellate, and Supreme Court positions.
According to the decree published on the HSK's website, changes were made in the assignments of 4,967 judges and prosecutors, with 4,608 in judicial courts and 359 in administrative courts.
The decree appointed 160 heavy penal court presidents, 113 regional court chamber presidents, 471 regional court members, 80 regional court public prosecutors, 12 Supreme Court rapporteur judges, and 15 Supreme Court public prosecutors. For the first time, heavy penal court presidents were appointed to the courthouses in Serik, Ortaca, Suşehri, and Sandıklı.
Additionally, the decree changed the chief prosecutors in 33 provinces and the commission heads in 27 provinces. The chief prosecutor changes in 33 provinces are as follows:

Meanwhile, Ankara Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Murat Özcan was appointed to Ankara West Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and changes were also made in some district chief public prosecutor positions. New deputy chief public prosecutors were assigned in Ankara.
Serkan Başaran, Chief Public Prosecutor of Aliağa; Seyhan Köseoğlu Özbek, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Ankara West; Gamze Almalı, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Antalya; Burak Akguş, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Diyarbakır; Ekrem Karadere, Internal Auditor at the Ministry of Justice; Ahmet Şahin, Public Prosecutor in Istanbul; and Ankara Public Prosecutors Alper Türközmen, Arif Naci Sucuoğlu, Esra Gül Can, and Nuri Cavcav were appointed as Deputy Chief Public Prosecutors in Ankara.
Ankara Deputy Chief Public Prosecutors Özgür Kamışlık, Erdoğan Güleç, Şenol Taşkale, Pınar Akdoğan, Mehmet Işık, Tuncay Bozdoğan, and Kasım Tüten were assigned as Public Prosecutors at the Ankara Regional Court of Appeal, while Abdurrahim Alan, Önder Kemal Sekücü, Mahmut Akıncı, Fatih Muşmal, and Mustafa Birgün Şenel were assigned as Public Prosecutors at Ankara West.
