Minister Bayraktar meets with Bulgarian Energy Minister Petrova in Istanbul
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar met with Bulgarian Energy Minister Iva Petrova in Istanbul. Talks covered natural gas trade, electricity interconnections and cooperation opportunities in the Black Sea.
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar held a meeting with Bulgarian Energy Minister Iva Petrova in Istanbul.
The talks addressed natural gas trade between the two countries, the further strengthening of electricity and natural gas interconnections, and potential cooperation opportunities in the Black Sea region.
Minister Bayraktar stated that the engagement aims to contribute not only to Turkiye and Bulgaria but also to the energy supply security of Southeast Europe.
Bayraktar said, "By deepening this strategic energy partnership, we aim to take our deep-rooted ties to a much further point."
