Anti-government protests led by students, which began in the Albanian capital Tirana on Oct. 13, have entered their seventh day. Demonstrators are protesting against corruption, problems in education and unemployment, and are calling for Prime Minister Edi Rama to resign. On the evening of the fifth day, fire reached the offices of the Supreme Court, and the entrance of the building housing Bank of Albania offices was set alight with Molotov cocktails; police responded with water cannons. Rama rejected the calls to resign. The gallery features photos and videos from the protests in Tirana.
