ICANN is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist for its Istanbul office

The international organization ICANN, which manages the Internet domain name system, is looking for a Workplace Technology Specialist 2 to work at its Istanbul office. Responsibilities: serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, manage computers and devices, provide support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint, manage meeting rooms and video conferencing systems, provide technical support for executive management and board meetings, and provide on-site support at ICANN offices and events. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. - At least 7 years of experience in enterprise workplace technologies and device management. - Strong experience with Apple environments (macOS, iOS). - Experience supporting executive management and large meetings. - Jamf, Apple, Microsoft 365, and ITIL certifications are an advantage. - Willingness to travel.
