Confidence rises in services, retail trade and construction, TurkStat announces
TurkStat announced that the confidence index rose 1.4% in services, 0.3% in retail trade and 1.1% in construction in June.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) released the Services, Retail Trade and Construction Confidence Indices for June 2026.
The seasonally adjusted confidence index rose 1.4% in the services sector compared to the previous month, reaching a value of 110.5. The retail trade sector climbed 0.3% to a value of 112.8. The construction sector recorded a 1.1% increase, with the index standing at 83.0.
The data shows that the upward trend in confidence continued across all three sectors. The retail trade sector had the highest index value at 112.8, while the construction sector remained below the 100 threshold at 83.0.
