Özgür Özel: I Received Offers to Abandon İmamoğlu Many Times, I Will Not Accept
Özgür Özel stated that he rejected offers from some friends in his party to abandon İmamoğlu and that he will not accept this proposal.
Özgür Özel from CHP made important statements about the debates within his party. Özel said, "Not Kemal Bey, but the friends who stand by him today and were seen in front of the party yesterday have repeatedly offered me to abandon İmamoğlu." Emphasizing that he opposed these offers, Özel said, "Instead of doing this, I would prefer to serve 20 years in prison. I would go and serve 20 years in the next room to President Ekrem."
