Peskov: Russia is not a threat to Europe, dialogue must resume
Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia does not pose a threat to Europe, calling on European countries to resume dialogue with Moscow as soon as possible.
In an interview with the Swiss-based Weltwoche magazine, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov delivered a four-point message to Europe.
Stressing that Russia does not pose a threat to Europe, Peskov said:
- First: Russia is not a threat to Europe.
- Second: You must take Russia's concerns into account.
- Third: If you ignore Russia's concerns, you will face problems.
- Fourth: Try to resume dialogue with the Russians as soon as possible.
Peskov made these remarks in response to a question about what key message he wanted to convey to European audiences.
