President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said the Terror-Free Türkiye process is being carried out as a state project with the aim of completely eliminating the terrorist threat.
Erdoğan spoke in Istanbul at a ceremony for the allocation of posts and positions in public institutions to the relatives of fallen soldiers, veterans and their families. He said the process had been launched with the goal of completely freeing the country from the scourge of terrorism.
Erdoğan said significant progress had been made on this issue over the past two years despite all provocations and traps. He stated that the resources of structures that have benefited from the terror industry for nearly 50 years and targeted the nation and the country would be cut off step by step.

Erdoğan said plans aimed at turning brother against brother and creating new areas of division had failed thanks to Türkiye’s efforts. He expressed hope that the final stage of the process would also be overcome and that peace and stability would be achieved in the region through Türkiye’s efforts.
President Erdoğan stressed that the government would continue taking determined steps to ensure that terrorism does not take root again in the country, causing new suffering and further tragedies for families.
