Russia's clothing imports from Turkey rose to $29.8 million in May

Russia increased its clothing imports from Turkey by 1.7 times year-on-year in May, reaching $29.8 million.

Imports, which stood at $17.3 million in the same month last year, rose 1.7 times this May.

Among the products most purchased by Russian companies, men's and women's trouser suits ranked first. Approximately $9 million was spent on this category.

T-shirt imports amounted to about $6 million.

Additionally, around $4 million worth of shirts and blazers, and about $2 million worth of sweaters, pullovers, cardigans, and vests were imported from Turkey.
