Terminal message for GAP Airport
Speaking at the festival site, Uraloğlu said TEKNOFEST had attracted strong interest. He said Türkiye had made significant progress in aviation and noted that visitors were being introduced to a range of products, from the HÜRJET, KAAN and AKINCI aircraft to TÜRKSAT 6A.
Uraloğlu said holding the festival in Şanlıurfa had fulfilled its purpose and that the event had exceeded expectations. He said participants had come not only from Şanlıurfa but also from different regions.
Uraloğlu said Şanlıurfa GAP Airport was one of the few airports with a 4,000-meter runway and announced that the airport had surpassed 1 million passengers. He said they expected the increase in passenger traffic to continue because of TEKNOFEST’s impact and additional terminal construction to be considered.
