Turkey and Pakistan sign three memorandums of understanding strengthening energy cooperation
Turkey's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar and Pakistan's Federal Minister for Energy Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari met in Istanbul. The agreements signed as a result of the meeting were described as a new milestone in cooperation.
Turkey and Pakistan continue to deepen their strategic partnership in energy. The meeting between Turkey's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar and Pakistan's Federal Minister for Energy Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari in Istanbul revealed that a new milestone has been reached in energy cooperation between the two countries.
As a result of the meeting, three important memorandums of understanding were signed. These agreements are considered an important step in strengthening institutional cooperation, increasing knowledge and experience sharing, and modernizing Pakistan's electricity sector. Minister Bayraktar stated that they want to take cooperation further for the common benefit of the two countries.
