Preparations are in full swing at Florentia Village, Turkey's first luxury designer outlet, developed in partnership between Kalyon İnşaat and Italian retail real estate management company RDM-Fingen Group. A key meeting was held ahead of the opening scheduled for September 10.
During the meeting attended by senior executives of leading fashion and retail brands from Turkey and around the world, representatives were informed about the latest status of the project—whose construction is nearing completion according to plan—store preparation processes, and developments regarding the opening program.
Hosted by Kalyon İnşaat Chairman Murathan Kalyoncu and RDM Italia CEO Jacopo Mazzei, the gathering for the project—whose construction has been almost completed in just about a year—was attended by over 180 senior executives.
NEW GENERATION DESTINATION Jacopo Mazzei stated, 'Bringing together RDM-Fingen Group's European luxury outlet experience with Istanbul's strong tourism potential and dynamic urban structure, this project will be not just a shopping spot, but a new-generation destination offering fashion, gastronomy, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences all in one.'
He added, 'With its strategic location near Istanbul Airport and strong brand mix, we believe Florentia Village will become an exemplary center on an international scale.'
