Türkiye’s Beijing ambassador Ünal hosts Deputy Minister Bulut and Prof. Bülbül
Türkiye’s Ambassador to Beijing Selçuk Ünal hosted Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Ömer Bulut and his delegation, who attended the “World Cities Day 2026” meeting in Fuzhou, as well as Prof. Dr. Kudret Bülbül, who participated in the “Tracks to Future” train journey, at the embassy.
Türkiye’s Ambassador to Beijing Selçuk Ünal hosted Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Ömer Bulut and his delegation at the embassy. Bulut had traveled to China to attend the “World Cities Day 2026” meeting held in Fuzhou from October 31 to November 2.
A journey “to the future” by train
Ambassador Ünal also hosted Prof. Dr. Kudret Bülbül, a faculty member in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Ankara Medipol University, who participated in the “Tracks to Future” train journey organized by the nongovernmental organization Global Neighbours. The embassy announced both visits in Turkish, Chinese and English posts.
World Cities Day, observed by the United Nations every year on October 31, focuses on sustainable urbanization and urban governance.
