93-year-old Niyazi Vural placed in care home, ministry says
The Ministry of Family and Social Services issued a statement regarding social media posts claiming "93-year-old Niyazi Vural is waiting for help." The ministry announced that Vural was placed in a care and rehabilitation center in Kayseri.
The Ministry of Family and Social Services issued a statement regarding posts on some media outlets and social media platforms claiming "93-year-old Niyazi Vural is waiting for help."
According to the statement, teams from the Kayseri Provincial Directorate took action, met with Vural's family and conducted an inspection at his home.
The inspection determined that Niyazi Vural's son was unable to care for his father due to health problems. As a result, Vural was placed in a care and rehabilitation center operating in Kayseri, guided by ministry personnel.
The statement added, "Niyazi Vural's care and support process is being meticulously monitored by our ministry."
