Altınordu will not earn income from the next sale of Emircan Gürlük, whom they sent to the Russian club Orenburg in 2023 for a transfer fee of 1.2 million Euros. The end of the 22-year-old left winger's contract with Orenburg nullified the clause in the contract stating "20% share from the next transfer." Therefore, Orenburg will not gain any transfer fee income from Emircan's possible new transfer. Altınordu will also not be able to use the share right in the contract. Emircan Gürlük, whose name has recently been linked with Galatasaray, Trabzonspor, Kocaelispor, Samsunspor, and Amed Sportif, becoming a free agent has changed the direction of the transfer process. Last season, the young footballer played 24 matches in the Russian Premier League with Orenburg, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists. Emircan Gürlük also played 9 times for the Turkey U21 National Team in the 2023-24 season. Altınordu had previously lost the right to receive a share from the transfers of Burak İnce, Berke Özer, and Enis Destan.
