Council of State again rejects ministry's preliminary probe into Grand Kartal fire
The Council of State's First Chamber has for the second time found the preliminary investigation by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security into the Grand Kartal Hotel fire in Bolu's Kartalkaya, which killed 78 people, to be insufficient and sent the file back to the ministry. The high court demanded that all public officials who may have had responsibility in the incident be identified by name and position.
