Erdoğan and Trump chair inter-delegation meeting in Ankara
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and U.S. President Donald Trump chaired a comprehensive meeting with delegations from both countries at the Presidential Complex in Ankara.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and U.S. President Donald Trump chaired a comprehensive meeting with delegations from both countries at the Presidential Complex in the capital Ankara on Tuesday.
The Turkish delegation included Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler, Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek, as well as National Intelligence Organization head İbrahim Kalın, Presidential Communications Director Burhanettin Duran, and Turkey's Ambassador to Washington Sedat Önal.
Trump had arrived in Ankara earlier that day to attend NATO's 36th Heads of State and Government Summit.
