Erdoğan welcomes bill to permanently rid Turkey of terror threat
President Erdoğan commented on social media after the Bill on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration was submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly. He expressed hope that the bill, which aims to permanently rid Turkey of the terror threat, would be auspicious, and thanked the political parties that contributed.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a statement on his social media account after the Bill on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration was submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
Erdoğan used the following statements in his post:
"The Bill on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration, prepared as a result of extensive consultations, was presented today to our esteemed Parliament with a broad consensus reflecting our noble nation's will for a solution. I hope that this step, which aims to permanently rid Turkey of the terror threat, reinforce our national unity and solidarity, and strengthen the climate of peace in our country and region, will be auspicious. I thank our political party groups and deputies, especially our People's Alliance partner, Nationalist Movement Party Chairman Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, for contributing to both the finalization of the bill and the success of the process."
