Fidan meets TRNC President Erhürman and FM Ertuğruloğlu in New York
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus President Tufan Erhürman and TRNC Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu, who are in New York for the UN General Assembly week.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Tufan Erhürman and TRNC Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu in New York.
The meeting took place during Erhürman’s contacts in New York for the UN General Assembly week. On the same day, Erhürman also met UN Secretary-General António Guterres to review the latest stage of the Cyprus issue and developments on the ground.
In New York, Erhürman also met Organization of Turkic States Secretary-General Kubanychbek Omuraliev and the secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, while Ertuğruloğlu held talks with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
