The Turkish Air Force is maintaining its strong contribution to NATO’s commitment to protecting allied airspace and collective defense, the Ministry of National Defense (MSB) said in a statement on its official social media account.
The ministry said in the statement that 5 F-16 fighter jets and 76 personnel from the Turkish Air Force have arrived at Amari Air Base for the NATO Enhanced Air Policing (eAP) Block-72 mission, as part of efforts to ensure airspace security.

The Turkish fighter jets and personnel will remain in Estonia until November 30, 2026, the statement said, adding: 'Türkiye will continue to provide confidence to its allies and peace to its friends in this mission, as in all its international responsibilities.'
