Interest Rates and Geopolitics in Focus
On Borsa Istanbul, attention is on the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey's interest rate decision domestically, and geopolitical developments internationally. Yapı Kredi's assessment noted that the 13,600 to 14,250 point range continues to be monitored in the short term.
The assessment recalled that the BIST 100 index closed Tuesday down 0.86% at 13,741 points. It was highlighted that in upward movements, 14,250 points is a significant resistance level, while 13,600 points is a critical support level; if the index falls below 13,600, the 13,000 level could come back into focus.
