Jailed Tera Yatırım chief Tezmen’s 431-room hotel in Düsseldorf caught on camera
A 431-room hotel and real estate project in Düsseldorf, Germany, owned by Tera Yatırım Holding Chairman Emre Tezmen, who was arrested in Türkiye’s fund investigation, has been filmed.
Investments in Germany belonging to Tera Yatırım Holding Chairman Emre Tezmen, who was arrested in Türkiye’s fund investigation, have been filmed. His Northgate project in Düsseldorf covers about 26,700 square meters, with 431 hotel and guesthouse rooms and a 223-space car park.
The building also houses Tera Yatırım’s investment and real estate management offices. Tezmen reportedly also owns another hotel in Düsseldorf and a 72-room hotel project in Solingen, with his total assets in Germany estimated at around 200 million euros.
Tezmen was detained and later arrested in an investigation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office into violations of capital markets law.
