Midibus Rear-Ends Truck in Bilecik, 12 Injured
In Bilecik's Pazaryeri district, a midibus collided from behind with a truck, injuring 12 passengers. The injured were taken to the hospital, and the road, which was closed due to the accident, was reopened after the vehicles were towed away.
In an accident in Bilecik's Pazaryeri district, a midibus rear-ended a truck. As a result of the collision, 12 passengers on the midibus were injured.
The accident occurred near the village of Karaköy on the Bilecik-Bozüyük highway. The midibus was driven by Metin A., while the truck was driven by İsmail Ç.
The midibus with license plate 11 AT 229 collided from behind with the truck bearing license plate 41 ATA 962. The vehicle came to a stop after hitting the roadside barrier.
Emergency medical teams were dispatched to the scene following the report. The injured passengers received initial treatment and were then taken to Bozüyük State Hospital.
The road, which was temporarily closed due to the accident, was reopened to traffic after the vehicles were towed away.
