Minister Bayraktar discusses electricity transmission and regional energy security with Azerbaijan
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar discussed electricity transmission possibilities between the two countries and regional energy security in an online meeting with Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov.
“We held an online meeting with Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and his delegation. We discussed electricity transmission possibilities between our countries, potential third-country projects in this field, and cooperation to strengthen regional energy security,” Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar said in a social media post.
“We value the advancement of the long-standing strong energy partnership between Türkiye and Azerbaijan on the electricity axis within a deeper and more strategic framework,” he added.
