National para shooter Aysel Özgan wins silver medal at World Cup
Competing in the 10m air pistol P2 SH1 discipline at the World Cup in Novi Sad, Serbia, national para shooter Aysel Özgan claimed the silver medal.
National para shooter Aysel Özgan won a silver medal at the World Cup held in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Competing in the women's 10m air pistol (P2) SH1 discipline, Özgan completed the final competition in second place with 231.5 points to claim the silver medal.
Another national athlete competing in the same category, Ayşegül Pehlivanlar, finished the final in 4th place.
The gold medal went to Uzbekistan's Shakhnoza Mamajonova with 232.6 points, while the bronze was won by Iran's Sareh Javanmardi with 213 points.
Türkiye completed the event with a total of 1 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medal.
