Reservations have opened for stays starting September 1 at the Nobu Hotel soon to open in Madrid. This will be the fifth Nobu hotel in the city, offering a total of 50 rooms and suites across 10 different accommodation categories.
The rooms include superior rooms that blend Japanese minimalism with Madrid’s warm atmosphere, and premium rooms with city views. For those seeking a larger, more private space, the Nobu Suite stands out with floor-to-ceiling windows, two bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, and a spacious private terrace.
Currently, the price for a one-night stay starts at 660 euros, including breakfast and a 100-euro food and beverage credit for reservations made before September 30. Guests will have access to the Nobu menu throughout the day from their rooms or suites.
Guests staying in the Nobu, Yugi, and Hikari suites will receive priority reservation rights at the Nobu Restaurant. The Nobu menu will also be available all day through room service.
The hotel features a three-story restaurant at its center
The main highlight of the property is the three-story Nobu restaurant, marking the brand’s first location in Spain’s capital. The ground floor will feature a comfortable lounge area, while the first floor will house an open kitchen and an elegant dining room.
The restaurant menu will include chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s classic dishes inspired by Japanese and Peruvian flavors. Signature dishes such as black cod miso, tempura rock shrimp, and yellowtail sashimi will be offered.
The third level upstairs will be dedicated to an intimate sushi bar seating eight guests. At the top, the Nobu Rooftop will provide a private dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline.
The hotel will be located in Las Cortes, one of Madrid’s cultural and vibrant districts. Positioned between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol, the property will be close to key landmarks such as the nine-meter equestrian statue of King Carlos III and Kilometre Zero, the point from which all radial roads in the capital begin.
With the opening of Nobu Hotel Madrid, the brand will expand its presence in Spain, adding to its properties in San Sebastián, Barcelona, Marbella, and Ibiza. Hotel management described this launch as a significant global milestone.
The property will also include a wellness area and a modern fitness center equipped with Technogym equipment. Thus, the hotel aims to offer a complete lifestyle experience in the city center, beyond just accommodation and dining.
