Şişecam establishes $100,000 company to increase U.S. sales

Şişecam has established a new company to expand its operations in the U.S. market. In a disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company said the incorporation of Sisecam USA Trading Corporation was completed on August 13, 2026. The new company, which is wholly owned by Şişecam, has a capital of $100,000. It will operate in sales and marketing in the United States.

With this move, Şişecam aims to increase its glass sales in the United States, particularly flat glass, reach new customers and improve customer service.
