European Commission spokesperson Anouar El Anouni strongly condemned the latest Russian attacks near the Ukraine-Poland border.
In a written statement, El Anouni said the attacks included one targeting a passenger train. Details of the train attack emerged after reports about the evacuation of a private charter train carrying European Union officials and former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
