DRIVER ARRESTED The motorcycle driver Mustafa Efe T., who was taken into custody after the accident, was referred to the courthouse after procedures at the police station. The suspect was arrested on charges of 'involuntary manslaughter' and sent to prison. The death of Hamidiye Zümre Karkar, who was learned to be autistic, devastated her family.
