A work on loan from Gaziantep Museum is on display in the “Global Antiquity” exhibition, which opened at the Prada Foundation (Fondazione Prada) in Milan, Italy. Türkiye’s Consulate General in Milan announced that it attended the opening alongside Gaziantep Museum Director Özgür Çomak, Rome Cultural and Promotion Counsellor Zeynep Selvi and archaeologist Mehmet Sait Yılmaz.
The exhibition brings together more than 150 works from over 20 countries and can be visited until March 1, 2027. Photographs shared by the consulate show a relief from Gaziantep Museum depicting a scene in which two figures shake hands.

Interaction among Africa, Asia and Europe
Opened on November 5, 2026, the exhibition focuses on cultural interactions among Africa, Asia and Europe between 600 BCE and 1000 CE. Salvatore Settis, Anna Anguissola and Chiara Ballestrazzi curated the exhibition, which highlights globalization and cultural hybridity. Its design was created by renowned architect Rem Koolhaas and AMO/OMA.
Held in the Podium section of the Prada Foundation’s Milan venue, the exhibition continues the foundation’s research into the ancient world, which began with the “Serial Classic” and “Portable Classic” exhibitions in 2015.
