Christopher Olah, co-founder of Anthropic, stated that the development and supervision of artificial intelligence should not be left only to technology companies. Olah expressed that the problems arising from artificial intelligence are not issues that only engineers can solve. He also pointed out that the concentration of AI efforts in a few wealthy countries increases the risk of global inequality. Therefore, he said that governments, academia, civil society, and religious communities should take a more active role in the development and supervision of artificial intelligence. On the other hand, it is known that discussions between the Pentagon and Anthropic regarding the military use of the "Claude" model have previously been taken to court.
