Arda Güler scores and assists as Real Madrid beat Valencia 3-0

Real Madrid defeated Valencia 3-0 at Mestalla Stadium in Spain’s La Liga. Türkiye international Arda Güler scored his team’s second goal and assisted Kylian Mbappé for the third.
Fede Valverde opened the scoring in the 28th minute before Arda Güler doubled the lead in the 36th minute. The 21-year-old sent Jude Bellingham’s pass from the left side of the penalty area into the net with the inside of his right foot, then celebrated by sliding on his knees.
Arda contributed again in the 75th minute by passing to Mbappé. The French striker thus scored in his seventh consecutive match. Valencia’s José Luis Gayà was shown a straight red card in the 79th minute. Real Madrid drew level on points with leaders Barcelona with the victory.
Arda, who was rested for the Champions League away match against AEK during the week, returned to the starting lineup against Valencia. According to data compiled by Fanatik, the Türkiye international has contributed three goals and four assists in his last six matches, reaching four goals and seven assists in 15 appearances this season.
