Chief of General Staff Bayraktaroğlu discusses bilateral ties with Niger counterpart
Chief of General Staff Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu discussed bilateral relations and regional issues with Niger’s Chief of General Staff Musa Salau Barmou in a phone call on Wednesday. The Turkish General Staff said the call followed similar contacts with counterparts in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman.
