Cooperation message from Erdoğan and Tchiani

President Erdoğan spoke at the signing ceremony of agreements and the joint press conference with Niger President Abdurrahman Tchiani at the Presidential Complex. Here are the highlights from President Erdoğan's statements: I hope today's talks will be auspicious. We see that Niger is making a different breakthrough under the leadership of our dear brother. We support Niger's development struggle as a friend in the dark days of African countries. We discussed investment opportunities in Niger. TİKA, which developed the friendship hospital and friendship school project, continues its contributions to strengthening Niger's infrastructure.

Our Turkey Maarif Foundation provides education to more than 1700 students with 12 schools in the capital Niamey. Nearly 500 Nigerien students receive higher education in our country, including 300 with Turkey Scholarships. Turkey graduates act as ambassadors of goodwill, helping to further strengthen the affection between us. We will continue to maintain our cooperation with Niger. We continue to develop our relations with African countries based on equal partnership, mutual respect, and win-win principles. We see it as a broad-term cooperation in security, education, culture, and transportation. We also follow with appreciation Niger's security forces' fight against terrorism. We stated that our country is ready to share its experience in this field. I thank my dear brother Tchiani again for his visit to our country and send my warmest regards to the friendly and brotherly people of Niger from here.
