Divan Diplomacy Academy opens its 2026-2027 term in Istanbul
The 2026-2027 term of the Divan Research and Education Association’s Diplomacy Academy opened with a program held at Istanbul Commerce University. Aybüke Ahsen Turan Bakkalbaşı, Deputy Representative of the Istanbul Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also attended the program.
The 2026-2027 term of the Diplomacy Academy, organized by the Divan Research and Education Association, began with an opening program hosted by Istanbul Commerce University.
Aybüke Ahsen Turan Bakkalbaşı, Deputy Representative of the Istanbul Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended the program. The academy’s new-term participants came together at the opening, where a group photo was taken.
Diplomacy education for young people
The Divan Research and Education Association organizes training programs for high school, undergraduate and graduate students interested in diplomacy and international relations. The association had announced that the application process for the new term had been completed with strong participation.
As part of the academy, participants will attend training sessions and events on diplomacy, foreign policy and international relations throughout the term.
