In the Haliliye district of Şanlıurfa, teams dispatched to an address after a report of a smell spreading in an apartment building in the morning found a foreign national woman living alone unresponsive.

The incident occurred in a 5-story building in Bamyasuyu Mahallesi. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene after residents reported the smell. Entering the apartment, teams found Refah Kadour, who lived alone on the top floor of the building.

Medical teams confirmed Kadour's death. Kadour, who had divorced about a year ago and was a mother of five, had her body taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue after examinations to determine the exact cause of death.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
