Fraud with Official Documents

The network was found to have provided new identity documents to wanted individuals to avoid capture, supplied fake driver's licenses to those whose licenses were revoked or who never had one, and illegally provided fake residence permits to foreign nationals.

The gang's outrageous plan did not stop there.
The network targeted citizens living abroad who owned movable or immovable property in Turkey, obtaining their identity information. Using the fake ID cards they produced, gang members went to Land Registry Offices and attempted to sell the expatriates' properties, reaping enormous illicit gains.
