President Erdoğan leaves New York for Istanbul after UN General Assembly meetings

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan departed New York, United States, for Istanbul after attending the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
During his program in New York, Erdoğan held numerous official meetings and engagements.
Turkey’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ahmet Yıldız, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Washington Sedat Önal, Türkiye’s Consul General in New York Muhittin Ahmet Yazal and several officials saw Erdoğan off at John F. Kennedy International Airport. His wife, Emine Erdoğan, and the Turkish delegation also accompanied him on his return journey.
