President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the inauguration of the AK Party Şanlıurfa Provincial Directorate’s new headquarters, built in seven months. Erdoğan said the four-story building includes meeting and conference halls as well as workspaces, and that the new center would strengthen the party’s organizational activities.

President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the inauguration of his party’s new Şanlıurfa Provincial Directorate headquarters.

Erdoğan expressed his hope that the building, constructed in just seven months, would benefit Şanlıurfa, its residents, the AK Party and democracy. He congratulated everyone who contributed to the construction process, from the project phase through the finishing work.

Four-story headquarters

The four-story building stands out with its modern and functional design and includes meeting and conference halls as well as spacious work areas. Erdoğan said the party’s service- and achievement-oriented policies would be further strengthened across the city at the center, which was built in line with a horizontal architectural concept.

The new provincial headquarters is intended to facilitate coordinated work among lawmakers, local administrations, the party’s main organization, its women’s branch and its youth branch. Erdoğan said consultations, meetings and activities held there would enable party members to strengthen their ties with the public.

Erdoğan said the provincial organization would serve residents across the city with coordination and dedication under the roof of the new building, and again congratulated those who contributed. Following the speech, Erdoğan and his entourage officially inaugurated the provincial headquarters.
