TBF Disciplinary Board Fines Beşiktaş GAİN 815 Thousand Lira

The Turkish Basketball Federation Disciplinary Board has imposed a total fine of 815 thousand lira on Beşiktaş Club.
The penalty was applied due to incidents in the hall and among spectators during the Turkish Insurance Basketball Super League playoff semifinal match between Beşiktaş GAİN and Bahçeşehir Koleji on June 10.
The board's decision stated that ugly and inappropriate chants caused by the spectators were among the reasons for the penalty.
Failure to keep the stairs clear during the same match was also recorded as one of the violations forming the basis for the disciplinary action.
With this decision, Beşiktaş Club faces a significant fine following the violations that occurred during the playoff semifinal match.
