TCDD Transportation will fully adopt e-tickets for train travel on September 1. Passengers will be able to access their digital tickets through the PDF link in the “Travel Information” email sent after purchase.
As part of its e-document transformation efforts, TCDD Transportation will fully adopt e-tickets for train travel on September 1.
Under the new system, passengers will open the “Travel Information” email sent to them after purchasing their tickets. By clicking the link in the PDF document attached to the email, passengers will be able to access their e-tickets digitally.
The system aims to make tickets easier and more secure to access and use, while reducing paper consumption and strengthening document management.
