TOKİ's 25% discount campaign for home and business buyers will begin on Tuesday, 22 September. Buyers who want to receive their title deeds by paying off their entire debt upfront will receive a discount on their outstanding balances.
Those who want to benefit from the campaign can apply to the banks where they completed their sales transactions between 22 September and 19 October. Buyers can also learn their outstanding balances, calculated as of the debt settlement date, from the relevant banks during the same period.
Partial payment option
Home and business buyers who cannot pay off their entire debt will also be able to benefit partially from the campaign. They will need to make an upfront payment equal to at least 25% of their outstanding balance, and a 25% discount will be applied to that payment amount.
Approximately 228,000 home and business buyers are expected to benefit from the campaign.
Application requirements
Home and business buyers whose repayment installments began no later than the end of June 2025 will be eligible to participate in the campaign. At the time of application, the installments for the month in which the debt will be settled must have been paid, and applicants must have no overdue installment or property tax debt.
Home and business buyers with 12 or fewer installments remaining will not be eligible for the campaign.
Documents required for title deed procedures
Title deeds will be issued to buyers in projects where condominium ownership has been established and who settle their debts to benefit from the campaign. When applying to the bank, these buyers will need to provide a document obtained from the relevant municipality showing the declared property value, along with a compulsory earthquake insurance policy.
Buyers covered by the campaign will also be able to use housing loans from the intermediary banks where they signed their real estate sales contracts to settle their outstanding balances.
No 25% discount will be applied to debt settlements or partial payments made after the campaign period ends.
