TOKİ to Offer 20,000 Homes for Sale Across 64 Provinces

The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) will open access to a total of 20,000 homes across 64 provinces for citizens. The highest number of homes to be sold will be in Bursa and Ankara, and the process will proceed without a lottery.

Bursa tops the list with 2,200 homes. In Ankara, 2,062 homes will be offered for sale. These two provinces are followed by Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya.

Provinces with the Highest Number of Homes for Sale

The top 10 provinces by number of homes offered for sale are as follows:

Bursa: 2200
Ankara: 2062
Hatay: 1240
Kahramanmaraş: 1073
Malatya: 1000
Konya: 998
Samsun: 684
Batman: 588
Eskişehir: 565
Mardin: 452

Applications will be accepted through Halkbank and Ziraat Bank branches. In this system without a lottery, citizens who meet the requirements will be able to own a home based on the order of application.
