Turkish envoy Senem Güzel presents credentials copy to DRC foreign minister
Türkiye’s Ambassador to Kinshasa, Senem Güzel, presented a copy of her credentials to Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner, the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, Francophonie and the Congolese Diaspora.
Türkiye’s Ambassador to Kinshasa, Senem Güzel, presented a copy of her letter of credence on Oct. 8 to Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner, the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, Francophonie and the Congolese Diaspora.
Presenting a copy of credentials to the foreign minister is the first step for a newly appointed ambassador to take up duties; Güzel is expected to present her original credentials to the DRC president later.
The ceremony was followed by a meeting between Güzel and Kayikwamba Wagner.
